I’m April—a versatile designer with broad experience, a sharp eye, and a healthy sense of humor. I take design seriously, challenge conventions when it serves the work, and create ideas that feel thoughtful, memorable, and human.
I’m looking for my next big creative adventure: a role where I can make show-stopping work, strengthen brands, spark conversation, and leave a lasting impact. I have more creative ambition than ever, along with the experience to keep projects organized, guide strategy, streamline workflows, and move complex work across the finish line.
I live in Merriam, Kansas, just outside Kansas City, with my favorite people: my husband, my amazingly smart and funny kid, a Chihuahua, and a tabby cat. I love design in nearly every form, along with art, music, local Kansas City gems, and a good Oxford comma debate.
I’m especially drawn to companies and organizations that care deeply about their work, their communities, and leaving the world a little better than they found it. I’m comfortable working across print, brand, digital, video, web, environmental graphics, presentations, and just about any other medium a project requires.
